Wir sind auf die Herstellung von Reagenzien für die kardiovaskuläre und Gerinnungs-diagnostik spezialisiert.
Für unseren Standort in Wien suchen wir Sie als Teamassistent(in).
Ihre Aufgaben:
Die offene Stelle bietet ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet bei dem Sie mit sämtlichen Abteilungen der Firma zusammenarbeiten werden:
• Sie Unterstützung die Abteilungen Produktion, Verpackung, Qualitätskontrolle, Forschung und Beschaffung bei administrativen Arbeiten wie Ablage, Archivierung und Scanvorgängen
• Sie Unterstützung das Qualitätsmanagement und die Qualitätssicherung bei der Dokumentation von Schulungen und deren Monitoring sowie bei der Verteilung und Administration von Qualitätsdokumenten
• Sie Unterstützung die Abteilung Buchhaltung beim Administrieren der Eingangsrechnungen und deren Ablage
• diverse Büroarbeiten bei Bedarf
Wer Sie sind:
• Matura, ESA, HAK Abschluss oder Lehre
• gute deutsch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, englisch von Vorteil
• Organisationstalent, Interesse an Qualitätsmanagement von Vorteil
• Teamfähigkeit, gute EDV-Kenntnisse
• Sie arbeiten selbstständig, genau und verantwortungsbewusst und sind zudem verlässlich

Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
Your tasks:
• Respond to product specific customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Remote and/or on-site troubleshooting for customers and distributors for our instruments and reagents
• Remote and/or on-site training of customers & sales partners
• Assisting with the installation of instruments
• Recording all aspects of customer support, documentation and complaint handling
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge of all Technoclone products.
• Assisting with internal cross-departmental projects
This is a versatile position that requires a flexible work ethic and a willingness to travel (max. 20% per year worldwide). You will report to the Head of Product Management and become a key source of information for the sales and product management team.
Who you are:
• You are an enthusiastic natural scientist or have completed a relevant technical school.
• You have at least three years of professional experience in the field of coagulation diagnostics (in the laboratory or in diagnostic/scientific field service).
• ...or you have a chemical or technical education and are ready to immerse yourself in the exciting field of coagulation.
• You work independently, accurately and responsibly.
• You convince employees, colleagues and customers with your profound knowledge of English, your commitment and your enthusiasm for your job

We are obliged by Austrian law to advertise a minimum salary. The minimum monthly gross salary for this position is EUR 2,300 based on full-time employment (40 hours per week / chemical industry); the salary can be negotiated depending on experience and qualifications.
